About Casey Key

Casey Key is a barrier island at the Southern end of Sarasota County, in Nokomis , Florida .

It boasts several miles of Florida 's most unspoiled and gorgeous white sand beaches.

The exclusive Island of Casey Key is home to some of Florida 's most extravagant residences. Due to its combination of wealth, limited building area (the island is only about 300 yards wide at most spots), and natural conservation that preserves its old world charms, the eight-mile island is a private paradise. In fact, you'll often see people passing through the island to catch a glimpse of Casey Key's large waterfront esta tes. Many of which extend from the Gulf to the bay.

Fishing on the bay side of the key...

On the east side of the island is the Intracoastal waterway which is just a few minutes away from the Venice inlet and the Gulf of Mexico . On the west side are the unspoiled white sandy beaches, sloping towards the Gulf of Mexico . The sunset over the Gulf is unsurpassed.

And white sandy beaches on the gulf side...

Living on the key provides an island atmosphere and lifestyle, yet the amenities we all enjoy like major grocery stores, drug stores, and department stores are just minutes away
